Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!
I took the day off from working out and decided to eat. I will do my best as to not overeat. I feel my body is a little tired so I slept in today and I have a "triple header" planned for Friday, weights, 24 mile bike, then 8 mile run. I figured I could take off today and adjust the workout Friday so my volume stays the same.
I hope everyone enjoys their day today and has a great time with family and friends.
